"Jersey Order for Our Son: A Mixed Experience"
We got a jersey for our kiddo for Christmas, but it didn’t arrive in time. I found out late through an email (it ended up in my spam) that they’re sending a different item while we wait for the original. Plus, they refunded the extra shipping we paid for the first order. Communication was solid, and their customer service was top-notch. Even though we were bummed it didn’t show up for Christmas, they really made it right! We’ll definitely keep shopping with them in the future!
